Frequently asked questions
Do guests pay through the QR menu?
No. They order from their phone and pay at the counter, as they do today. chekmo doesn't process payments; you record cash or other payments in the POS.
Do guests need an account or an app?
No. They scan the QR code, choose items and send the order from their phone's browser.
How do I know a new order arrived?
It appears in your POS straight away, and you can get a Telegram message for each new order.
Is QR ordering optional?
Yes. You switch it on in your settings. With it off, your QR code shows a plain menu.
